Home-style Teppan menu

This is a very popular dish among young people because it's inexpensive, hearty, and can be cooked in a variety of ways. Okonomiyaki usually begins with a batter made from flour, water, and egg. From there, you're free to add other ingredients like vegetables, shrimp, or meat. This dish also is cooked right at the table, with each diner creating his or her own.

Okonomiyaki is a cross between a pancake and pizza. Flour, water, eggs, vegetables, seafood and meat are mixed together and cooked in a frying pan. Any ingredients can be used. Okonomiyaki tastes great even without an elaborate crudités garnish – a sprinkling of green seaweed seasoning and a tasty sauce sets this dish off perfectly.
