Matcha is a powdered green tea made from carefully selected, high-quality leaves. Matcha tea is served during the Japanese tea ceremony and is accompanied by Japanese traditional sweets - wagashi. As you can imagine, matcha and sweet vanilla ice cream are a superb combination.
